Minneapolis developer and general mover & shaker, Ben Hertz, came to us when putting together a new concept for a coffee shop located in the 100 Washington Square building in downtown Minneapolis. This site was originally developed in 1987 and exhibits a unique design. The goal was to match that sentiment on the interior of Penny’s Coffee. Ben, along with the building owners, wanted something classic, yet completely unique. They found the perfect fit in our Pietra Grey honed marble. Its soft grey tones with subtle white veining translate perfectly in the space. Flattering and dynamic yet unpretentious – the marble impeccably embodies the spirit of Penny’s Coffee.
