James Beard Award Winner Isaac Becker in his most recent project in the Lowry Hill neighborhood of Minneapolis, collaborated with Amsum & Ash and adorned “Burch Steak & Pizza Bar” with Soap Stone from Amsum’s own quarry. A fantastic new restaurant with an exclusive and unique stone. Burch Steak house and Pizza is the latest addition to Amsum & Ash’s growing dossier of restaurant partnerships.
